Happy Thursday. I hope everyone enjoyed their day off with packet day yesterday.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR EDMODO ACCOUNTS DAILY. Grades are posted, assignments need to be turned in, and many of you STILL NEED TO JOIN A FEW CLASSES. If you do not join the classes, I can not enter your grades. This is SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!!
As you come in, here are your assignments to complete:
1) Vocabulary
In your blogs, complete the following -
Blog Title - Week 2 Vocab Sentences
Assignment - You need to write sentences for each of your vocab words: Complex, Source and Relevant. For Source and Relevant, you need TWO SENTENCES. However, since Complex has three definitions, you need THREE sentences. This is a total of 7 sentences.
2) PLATO - English/Language Arts
Go to: Word Analysis
Assignment: Drawing Conclusions
You need to complete the mastery test. Requires either your printed name or Ms.S/Julianna's signature.
3) Frankenstein
By 1:40, I will ask the class to be quiet. You then need to begin your SILENT, INDEPENDENT reading of Frankenstein, Chapter 7. I will pass out the reading questions.
