Hello! Happy Monday. Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Now that I am no longer accepting work for second quarter, all work from this point on is counted toward third quarter report cards.

As you come into class, here are your assignments:

1) Vocabulary - In your blogs, complete the following:
Blog Title - Week 10 Definitions & Examples
Assignment - Your vocabulary words for the week are:
Academic (adj), Document (noun, verb) and Maximum (noun, adj)
In your blog, you need to:

• Find the definitions for each word. You will need to find two definitions for document (noun) and document (verb), as well as maximum (noun) and maximum adj).
  
• Explain the difference between document as a noun and a verb.
• Copy the following example sentences:
• Academic (adj) - The academic year begins June 30.
• Document (noun) - I saved my genocide definition as a Microsoft Word document.
• Document (verb) - Ms. S likes to document field trips by taking lots of pictures - but her camera always dies!
• Maximum (noun) - The truck's capacity is a maximum of 2 tons.
• Maximum (adj) - The maximum penalty is five years in prison.
  

2) PLATO - English/Language Arts

It's only a Tutorial (there are three, choose one) so complete one tutorial, print it out, and call it done.

3) Social Studies
If you are working on World History, complete the following assignment:

If you are working on US History, complete the following assignment:
