1) Vocabulary - Week 2
Week 2 vocabulary words are: Obtain (verb), Vary (verb), and Distribute (vary)
In your blogs, complete the following:
BLOG TITLE - Week 2 Vocabulary Definitions & Examples
ASSIGNMENT -
-- Find the definitions for each of your vocabulary words.
-- Copy the example sentences.
Vary (verb) - The prices vary at the two restaurants due to the quality of the food. Distribute (verb) The government had to distribute supplies to its citizens due to the hurriance.
Obtain (verb) - In order to obtain a high paying job, you must have the necessary qualifications - one of which is almost always a high school diploma!
2) PLATO - English/Language Arts
Go to - Written & Oral Conventions
Assignment - Using Words that are Irregular in the Past Tense
You will have until about 8:30-8:45 to finish these assignments. At that time, we will begin work on our career exploration class - so get out your binders!
