- There are many, many, many of you who have not yet sent me your blog URL. Without it, I can grade your daily vocab blogs or other blog posts you may be required to write. MARTIN, SERGIO, HECTOR, MIKEY, ADRIAN....YOUR NAMES ARE DEFINITILY PART OF THIS MISSING URL LIST.
- There are also several of you who have not yet joined ALL the Edmodo classes. ALEX, ANDREA, VALERIE....YOUR NAMES ARE DEFINITELY ON THIS LIST. You should be in 5 Emodo classes. Make sure that you are.
As you come in, here are your assignments:
1) Vocabulary Your week 3 vocabulary words are:
- Range (noun, verb)
- Data (noun)
- Compare (verb)
In your blogs, complete the following assignment:
Blog Title (make sure you are titling your blogs appropriatley - otherwise, I may miss it when grading) - Week 3 Vocabulary Definitions & Examples
Assignment
- For each word, you need to find the DEFINITION.
- Copy the following example sentences for each word:
- Range - The wrestler's weight ranged from 140.0 - 141.0 pounds.
- Data - The date collected showed that smoking cigarettes gives you lung cancer.
- Compare - The sports announcer compared Lebron James to Michael Jordan.
